This is a decentralized, anti-authoritarian announcement/discussion list to help facilitate a more visable anarchist presence at larger anti-war, anti-capitalist, anti-police brutality, anti-gaybashing, etc. rallies and demos; To react quicker against acts of state terrorism and police brutality aimed against people of color, immigrants, anarchists, queers, transgendered people and women; And to discuss tactics, safety and security culture with other anarchists in the Chicagoland area. This list is to help foster mutual aid, cooperation and solidarity. Please be aware of security concerns (this is an open list) and do not brag about specific actions, name names, or announce illegal activities. Talking about tactics (legal or otherwise) is fine, as long as it is in really general terms and does not put anyone at risk.
