Yes, this will likely be a great event. PLUS this is happening during
'WAM!-it-Yourself Week'! This is the week when WAM!mers and
would-be-WAM!mers gather in cities all over North America to take
constructive action or engage in productive dialogues about gender justice
and the media.
This year it is from March 21-29. It's a designated time of year for
established WAM! chapters to host or participate in cool events, and for
new chapters to emerge by assembling for the first time. WAM! Vancouver was
created out of a WAM!-it-Yourself week in 2011 :)
all of this to say....
come to this event and celebrate WAM! it Yourself!
