[Wamvan] Calling all Zine Lovers, Editors and Contributors - Reading March 21

Hello WAM!mers!

Do you edit or contribute to an awesome zine?

Does your zine feature the perspectives of women of colour and LGBTQ* women?

WAM! Van is organizing a special event to spotlight the words and thoughts
of the zine-makers and contributors in our midst, *on Sat March 21.* The
exact time and venue is TBA, but for now, we're looking to assemble a
line-up of presenters.

The event will be a combination of readings - read or present your prose,
essays, poems and other work, as published in a zine - and a Q&A about your
process and/or the importance of zines as alternative media.

PS - have any suggestions for a venue? We welcome those too :)

PPS - this event will be a part of "WAM! It Yourself" week, happening March
15-21 2015.  We are working on organizing 2 other events earlier that week,
and the zine event will cap off the festivities. Stay tuned for more
details.
