[Wamvan] Your Support is Needed for Girls' Education

Dear WamVaners,

A friend of mine from Bellingham is part of a team who are in the top 10
finalists for a National Geographic grant.

If they win, they will go forward with their multimedia project of
documenting girls' education in 12 countries in 12 months, and talking to
people making a difference in their communities. They will explore, for
instance, what going to school looks like in each country, what are the
challenges and issues they face, what are intersecting issues, etc.

I think this project is something that women and the media would find dear
to their hearts. All they need is your vote to win:
