[Wamvan] Proposed rule on disclosing paid editing or writing on Wikipedka

WAM has had some workshops on Wikipedia writing.  Up until now, I've been
under the impression that it is forbidden to take money for writing in
Wikipedia, although clearly it must happen often.  Looks to me as if this
new rule might open of the field of paid writing in Wikipedia in a more or
less ethical way.  Wikipedia is seeking comments.
