women's media.  She's coming to Vancouver April 23 for just a few days and
would like to meet with media women.  If you're freelancing, you might want
to offer hosting an information session.  I'd do it myself, but I'm moving.*

others who do the same?



The Canadian Media Guild is reaching to freelancers with a new, voluntary
union membership. If you could use some support for better job
opportunities and working conditions, health and dental benefit options,
and want to help create solidarity across our areas of work, we'd like to
connect with you. We're developing options for advocacy and collaboration
with freelancers who are excited about working collectively.
