[Wamvan] UBC Sauder rape chant

I don't know, I'm still not satisfied with the Sauder response. Other than
pulling funding from frosh, it smacks of vague PR damage control.

In addition, we're now learning that Sauder also had racist/colonialist
chants (https://twitter.com/OccupyMedic/status/377210450523340800/photo/1)
- a couple students are trying to get some media interested but we'll see.
The one referenced at the link is that apparently they had a group called
"Pocahontas" whose chant was "White man steal our land! White man steal our
land!"

Instead of increasing the curriculum emphasis on "respect" and "ethics",
how about some actual anti-oppression training and integrating a critique
of rape culture?

In both the UBC and SMU cases I'd like to see the student councils take
more ownership of the issue and commit to re-visioning frosh as something
that can be fun while challenging oppression, dismantling rape culture, and
being overall inclusive and safe.
