[Wamvan] Zambia Global Leadership Program

Hey everyone

I'm going to  Zambia for a three-month internship opportunity at the local
radio. I will be working as a journalist, marketer and communications
person. I have ten other students in my cohort. Each of us have been placed
in various positions such as health care promotion, sports development,
business development, education, youth leadership and journalism.

This program cost a lot of money, so we are fundraising money to pay for
the program. We will be living independently where our personal resources
will also be limited.
We have a *Pub Night tonight at the Rivers Reach Pub*: 320 6th St  New
Westminster, BC V3L 3B1
The ticket is $20.00 and includes a beverage with pizza. We also have cool
door prizes and a silent auction.

Since this might far away for some of you, we also have another event
coming up *on April 11th at the Bourbon*. There is *Country Karaoke between
10pm-12am. Free shots before 10pm. The tickets cost $10.00 each*.
