Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that the next Monday Media Mutiny event has
been postponed for Monday, August 19. We've recently formed a larger team
to coordinate WAM!Van activities, and will need a little more time to
coordinate. Thanks for the patience, understanding and support!
In the meantime, please keep the media watch ideas coming! Please also be
reminded that WAM! isn't just about working to improve media representation
of women, but also of minorities and others who are often marginalized.
The WAM!Vancouver chapter also has a cross-Canada and sometimes cross-North
America scope.
If you're interested in joining the team that organizes WAM! events, please
let me know!
