[Wamvan] Introductions?

Hi, 
I'm Lyn, a Vancouver feminist, former high school teacher, freelance journalist and currently, English tutor. I also write a column for Herizons (Hi Joanna!). As an avid media watcher who is disgusted by the continuing sexism in newspapers, TV and on the Internet, I'm glad to join WAM - feels less lonely out here. I hope to attend an event soon and meet some of you.
