This February, during the Super Bowl, we're once
again<http://cts.vresp.com/c/?MissRepresentation/648561f1e4/14d29e9ad0/77eacc74b8>calling-out
sexism with
#NotBuyingIt<http://cts.vresp.com/c/?MissRepresentation/648561f1e4/14d29e9ad0/88606a5b74>!
To
spark a massive online conversation around women in advertising, during the
biggest U.S. media event of the year, we're encouraging people to use the
Twitter hashtag to call-out the worst offenders in real time. And we need
your help!

In addition to your active participation as Reps, we're also looking for a
team of social media fans to directly help us monitor activity. We'll be
asking users all over the world to tweet #NotBuyingIt whenever they see an
offensive commercial during the game. As this happens, we'll need a few
(awesome) people to help us keep track of, interact with and promote those
user's actions.

This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of a widespread and
much-needed conversation around women and girls in the media!

If you're interested in being on the team, here's what you have to do:

1. Press the button below and write your own #NotBuyingIt tweet this week.

2. Then keep track of how far your social media action goes (use whatever
tools you're comfortable with - whether it's just counting how many
re-tweets it gets or delving deeper into analytics).

image illustrating the impact of your action by next
*Friday, January 25th, at 12:00 pm ET. *It doesn't have to be just numbers
- get creative!

Those who show the greatest impact will be given a chance to work directly
with MissRepresentation.org's social media team over the next few weeks,
and especially during Super Bowl Sunday! And if you're interested, you'll
have the option to continue interning with MissRepresentation.org beyond
February.
