[Wamvan] Another example of victim blaming

So, at the University of South Carolina, a student is penalized for
reporting a rape after her boyfriend is pleaded not guilty. I always
that people who are ignorant of the severity of rape and make superficial
assumptions about rape are most likely to engage in victim-blaming. I can't
believe that an educational institution, which is suppose to protect the
students would do something like this.
