[Wamvan] Support trans rights Bill C-279! More info in my column for Herizons written with help from Tami Starlight

Hi all!

I wrote this column for Herizons magazine with the help of trans activist
and WAM! technology guru Tami Starlight. We talked about how transgender
rights could make historic strides in Canada this year--if trans activists
get enough support from the public that is.

Since then, there has been some accomplishments to celebrate, but there has
been too little attention given to Bill C-279. This important bill would
prohibit gender identity and gender expression as grounds of discrimination
in the Canada Human Rights Act amend the Criminal Code to include gender
identity and gender expression for offenses motivated by bias, prejudice or
hate.
