Come join the Faculty of Arts as we present an afternoon of music and art
in the Buchanan Courtyard at noon on Wednesday, April 4th. ****

*Arts in the Courtyard* will feature busking musicians, performance
artists, videographers and painters, who will create interactive works and
display their art. ****

** **

Musicians include the Sidewalk Cellist, Clara Shandler, Albert Chan, Anita
Lee and more. ****

** **

Visual artists will encourage audience participation and incorporate them
into their unique works. Some of the featured artists include:  ****

** **

·      *Dustin Brons*, a 3rd year Visual Arts student who works in
photography and performance art. ** **

** **

·      *Christina Dixon*, a 3rd year Visual Arts student who works
primarily in painting. For the occasion of Art in the Courtyard she will be
asking observers to aid her in the creation of a participatory painting
dealing with the concepts of both the collective and the individual.****

** **

·      *Cynthia Yuan*, a 4th year student graduating with a BA in Visual
art who primarily works in photography. Her performance work involves
people, twine and connectivity, ****
