[Wamvan] OB tampons apology

when I saw this link, I thought they were maybe apologizing for the
historical error of Toxic Shock Syndrome, or for allowing uninspected,
pesticide- and dioxin-laden cotton to be used in their tampons. Turns out
they are just apologizing for not having their product on shelves in Canada
and the US for several months.
