tami starlight = cree two spirited elder - peguis nation (manitoba)
currently residing on occupied and unceded coast salish territory.
(Vancouver - settler name)

Basics:
Touring Kanata & the USA for the summer/fall of 2012. (started spring
solstice 2012)

Willing to travel to any community, as long as basic needs are met.
This is not about money making (working on not using the queens money
at all) - this is about being of service to communities in need/that
are interested.

Workshop details:
Decolonization 101 (history of the colony of Kanata, USA, turtle
island, the crown, hudsons bay, RCMP, treaties, white paper, etc - and
how we can support nations and learn protocols)

Anti-Oppression 101 (basic workshop on the definitions and how it
affects our everyday lives)

Basics of grassroots, horizontal, democratic anti oppressive,
collective community organizing.  (for more information on any of the
workshop details - email is below and information is posted on this
like page wall - also see the links below)

Needs/wishlist:
Booking/securing community spaces & promoting events
Gas $ - have inexpensive car - runs on petrol (yea-working on it)
Food - nothing fancy or special (prefer organic/vegetarian)
Accommodations (can tent/couch surf/etc...)

Besoins / wishlist:
Réservation / sécurisation des espaces communautaires et la promotion
d'événements
Gaz $ - avez une voiture bon marché - fonctionne à l'essence (oui-travaille)
Alimentation - rien d'extraordinaire ou spéciale (de préférence
biologique / végétarien)
Hébergement (peut tente / canapé surf / etc ...)
