*Rally Against Bill C31 and the Cancellation of 300,000 Immigration
Applications*

 Movement in Defense of Human Rights of Immigrants and Refugees. Come and
support Canadian values. We stand for human rights, freedom of speech,
freedom of religion, peace and fairness in Canada and around the world.

Bill C 31 puts refugees and many immigrants at risk. We... are demanding
that the Bill C 31 must be withdrawn and replaced with legislation which is
fair, affordable, and independent, and which complies with the Canadian
Charter of Rights and Freedoms and Canada's international obligations.

We are also petitioning the government not to wipe out some 300,000 waiting
immigration cases. Unfair and unjust policy that will destroy families and
Canada's reputation in the world. Harper's government wants money from Asia
Pacific countries but not immigrants.
