[Wamvan] Help with article research for sexual assault rates for Vancouver?

Great, want to meet in the afternoon then? I'll be free after 3 pm. What
neighbourhoods would be convenient for both of you to meet? I'll be around
Kits, Broadway, Main St., Commercial, Lougheed...
