Hi peoples,
Yes, that is most likely true.
I believe one would only know by connecting with those on the front line, as
well as places that keep up with the stats. Mainly because this is most
likely within the past 4 years. The city has grown a lot and I believe
things will get worse as Greater Vancouver continues to grow.
I also agree with the "major crime is down" comment.

down.
