The WCHC BC sub-hub presents: Navigating Healthcare and the Women-centered
HIV care model in BC

I am pleased to share a virtual event organized by the Women-centred HIV
Care BC sub hub for women living with HIV! We’d appreciate it if you can

The purpose of this event is to connect women living with HIV in BC, share
experiences accessing healthcare in BC, and understand the women-centred
HIV care (WCHC) model. The agenda will include a presentation by Kayla
Fong, a trainee working with the WCHC hub, who will share her research on
how the women-centered HIV care model is being implemented across Canada.
Her talk will be followed by a panel with 3 of our community members
discussing their experiences of navigating healthcare in BC. Following the
panel, women will move into smaller break out rooms to discuss their
experiences and build connections with other women living with HIV across
