[Viva] Viva Revival!- Importamt Dates!

[VIVA Working Group]

Dear Viva sisters,
Viva has been an important and unique part of the HIV women’s community in
BC since 2007. In the last few years it has become almost dormant, without
much activity on the listserv.

Recent research has confirmed that women are feeling the need for
connection,
programming, services and support. Since we continue to lose HIV service
organizations, there has been interest in renewing Viva. This has inspired
discussions between a few Viva members, community based researchers, and
Ribbon Community team members.

We now want to share some of the ideas generated with the larger Viva
Community, and welcome your suggestions and feedback. To do this, we are
reaching out to the existing Viva membership to discuss the future of Viva,
with
the goal of improving connections and support between women living with HIV
in British Columbia.

Please respond if you are interested in participating in an information and
feedback session via zoom. We have two dates available for your
participation in this process:

● Saturday April 26th 3- 4:30pm: on Zoom
● Thursday May 1st 11:00 - 12:30 pm: on Zoom
