I am so excited about everything but the dates that you mention. I am away in holiday until March 5 or 6. 
I copied Margarite on Saltspring and Penny in Victoria. They may be able to help with recruitment through VIVA and PWA connections.
There is AVI and Coolaid in Victoria - both have venues that may be options for interviews. I sure wish I was there. 

Let me know if you need a place to stay as my home is likely empty then.
