Apply to become a member of the new PLDI Indigenous Advisory Committee.

In the spirit of inclusion, reconciliation and decolonization, the Positive
Leadership Development Institute (PLDI) is seeking four (4) Indigenous
individuals to serve on a new pan-Canadian Advisory Committee.

The committee has a five (5) year mandate, but membership engagement is to
be renewed each year. Selected committee members will meet approximately
two (2) hours per virtual Zoom meeting three (3) times per year to make
annual recommendations to Senior Management Committee of the Institute. A
direct deposit honorarium of $75.00 to each member will be provided for
each meeting participation. Additional optional opportunities may occur as
additional funding is found.

*The overall purpose of the committee will be to review the cultural
safety, the relevance, and the references of the PLDI program and policies
through an Indigenous lens, while supporting the building and strengthening
of partnerships with Indigenous organizations, leadership and communities*.

Members of this committee should also be comfortable using a computer,
laptop, tablet or smart phone, have basic knowledge of the Zoom platform
and access to a stable internet connection.
