Thanks Danielle for the update. I really understand what you are talking about. I have a window of hearts and about half the people I have been sending healing thoughts and TT too are gone. I started making the hearts at the beginning of COVID.
And yet, I walked down to the ocean and met a woman who swims there because she met me when I was wading one day. I do that for my joints and apparently it is really good for muscles too. I just wade while others swim because I found that my body gets too cold too fast if I get that boney area above my chest wet. I am a bit on the thin side for cold water emersion — but wading — it feels so good. But this woman looked to clear eyed and we spoke about the young ones at Fairy Creek and it was delightful to be so alive.
Take care of yourself too. Love-peg

My ability to register and attend may be thwarted as I have a friend on Denman Island with stage 4 liver cancer (metastasized into her blood). She is expected to have only a few months left to live. I am helping to keep their household functional during this time. Between them and my own health care I may find I am too exhausted for extended screen time. Of course for the moment it is all "wait and see". She is in a severely bad way so I do not know how long I might be of service to them.

> Life still feels weird and I wonder sometimes if it was ever "normal". I'm finding myself in extra physical discomfort in this 60th year. When this present era is over I plan a minor reinvention of myself; just enough to make me comfortable in my body again. Some strength and flexibility training (already doing some at home) and making it social by joining younger friends in a fitness center to give me motivation to stick with it.

I hope that you are keeping well.
