[Viva] REGISTER NOW: National Women and HIV Workshop Series 2021

Good afternoon Peggy

Thank you for the added information and your usual doses of kindness.

I will sit and read through the material, no perseverance required because
I am interested.  My ability to register and attend may be thwarted as I
have a friend on Denman Island with stage 4 liver cancer (metastasized into
her blood).  She is expected to have only a few months left to live.  I am
helping to keep their household functional during this time.  Between them
and my own health care I may find I am too exhausted for extended screen
time.  Of course for the moment it is all "wait and see".  She is in a
severely bad way so I do not know how long I might be of service to them.

Life still feels weird and I wonder sometimes if it was ever "normal".  I'm
finding myself in extra physical discomfort in this 60th year.  When this
present era is over I plan a minor  reinvention of myself; just enough to
make me comfortable in my body again.   Some strength and flexibility
training (already doing some at home) and making it social by joining
younger friends in a fitness center to give me motivation to stick with it.
