[Viva] Valentines anyone?

I hope that you are feeling strong and knows how wonderful you are. 

I remember getting valentine's cards from other positive women over the years. I treasured the sentiments on those cards and their simple beauty.  No matter what, I am loved. This year especially, I am sure we all know women who would love to know that they are loved. We can’t visit but we can send cards.

Here is the address for one of our dear women - Romari Undi - Room 323 - 7801 Argyle St., Family Rehabilitation Centre, Vancouver BC V5P 3L6. Romari had a stroke recently, and is in the Holy Family Rehabilitation Centre where she started another long journey of recovery. She is — like me and several of us — a long-term survivor and thriver.
