[Viva] Happy Solstice Everyone!

Dear friends,
Another Solstice is here- we made it! This one has been an especially rough
fall for many, with the intense rain storms, flooding, landslides and very
dark gray skies.
On the upside (I'm the eternal optimist) there have been lots of rainbows!
So I want to share something I just learned; after the solstice every day
in December the daytime increases by minutes but by early January the
daylight increases significantly. I think it's like a bell curve, the days
get longer quicker.
