[Viva] Settlement $$ for former members of PLBC

Hello! Perhaps some of you have heard that PLBC is settling a lawsuit with
over 700 members to the tune of over a million bucks.  I'm trying to find
out if I'm eligible! And I could use some help.  If you don't know what it
is here is a link. You may be eligible for some money....

I've been locked out of my old account and am trying to find out if my old
email address is on that list! If somebody has the email could you please
look at the cc list and tell me if the address drgoodgrenade at hotmail.com is
on there?

There is an online form to fill out if you are eligible. Also, does anybody
know how to figure out what your member number is??
