Thanks Shelly. Take care of those lungs they are invaluable. I think VIVA has a place in the grand scheme of HIV and support. NHi t quite sure what it is right now but I think it is important for women to have a connection with our peers. Stay safe and healthy ladies.

The Women’s Wellness Day went well, with 10 presentations from women and two wonderful motivational sessions as well as shared discussion opportunity at round tables in the afternoon. The day was full for me as I had to return to get to a medical appointment the following morning. I did not bring up the future of VIVA but see that women’s gatherings are so powerful. There is something amazing that happens when we sit at a table of women who have lived experience with HIV. And we can share online but it is soooo much easier face to face. Isolation is a huge health issue.
