Come on out to the *Métis Fair* (noon – 4 at the Roundhouse), the final
performance of *Isitwendan* (2pm, Roundhouse) and our *Ab-Cab Closing Night
Celebrations*  at Ironworks (8:30pm)!

*IT'S A WRAP - SOME MORE PICS FROM THE TSF2020 PHOTO ALBUM*

Confluence, an inspirational performance about meaningful connections to
others and the land by Raven Spirit Dance.

A stellar piece by Ondinnok, Tlakentli helps us explore and understand our
own identities, presented in English, French, Spanish, and Nahuatl.

The Wax Hoks en Shqalawin (Open Your Hearts) Opening Gala introduced some
fabulous artists and showcased some of the best of Indigenous performance.

A Celebration of Powwow Culture was held and widely attended. It was a
fun-filled day of dance, song, and traditional practices!

presents Sedna Created by Corey Payette, Reneltta Arluk & Marshall McMahen

An Indigenous Musical Spectacle in Stanley Park, Malkin Bowl,  April 22 –
May 10

After presenting two critically acclaimed hit shows, *Les Filles du Roi*
and *Children of God,* Urban Ink has created another imaginative and
creative work, *Sedna.   *It is an Indigenous tale told through magnificent
large-scale lantern puppets.  A sweeping musical score transports the
audience through a beautiful telling in a magical outdoor setting.  A
thought provoking, spectacularly theatrical experience for all ages. **
Note: This production takes place outdoors and will go forward rain or
shine – audiences should dress for the weather and are welcome to bring
blankets.  Running time –60 minutes no intermission*

La China and Sujit Vaidya expands cross-cultural synergy for a riveting
dance performance. *Passages of Rhythms *awakens, provokes and celebrates
the contemporary body and interconnections with cultural rhythms and sounds
to distill the complexity of movements to pure expression.
