[Viva] Fwd: LHIVE Study

So, it's a choice for one of the three options:  smoking cessation,
changing/monitoring diet, or increasing exercise - you do a quick 10 minute
survey to start and they ask you to choose to focus on ONE area for three
months. Now I wait and  they will send another email - pretty basic so
far.  See how it goes ! :) Shelly
