CATIE webinar - COVID-19: Infection prevention and control for harm
reduction workers in Ontario

Harm reduction workers provide essential services for people who use drugs
and are still working closely with clients during the COVID-19 pandemic,
doing outreach, distributing harm reduction supplies and reversing
overdoses. Workers must take additional precautions to protect themselves
and their clients from COVID-19. This webinar for people working in harm
reduction, *on April 22 at 1 p.m. EDT*, will cover infection prevention and
control practices, including the use of personal protective equipment

*Programming Connection*: Ahtahkakoop Know Your Status hepatitis C program

CATIE has published a new case study on the Ahtahkakoop Know Your Status
hepatitis C program. This program brings community-based, wholistic
hepatitis C services to this rural First Nation in Saskatchewan. The
community leads this program to provide stigma-free and culturally relevant
care through education, testing events and hepatitis C treatment. Read more

*The HIV Howler: Transmitting Art and Activism* is inviting people to
submit their work for consideration into their issue focusing on global

texts, articles, letters, archival documents, performance documents, film
stills, or any artistic media suitable for print in the newspaper format.
