Last week PAN signed on with other advocates to send a joint letter to the
Honourable Mike Farnworth, Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General
of BC. In it we ask him to reconsider his rejection of recommendations

healthy adults. He's a neuropsychopharmacologist, winner of a PEN/E.O.
