*Hello Shelly,*

First let us start off by apologizing for the delayed communication to you,
our valued membership. It is with great optimism and enthusiasm we share
some updates from the CPPN Board of Directors.

Please help us in welcoming *Sylvain Beaudry* as the *Directeur régional
pour le Québec*. Sylvain has vast experience working in the sector and we
believe he will make an excellent addition to our team. We look forward to
working with him.

During the last two weeks, as you are aware, we have seen several board
members voluntarily resign for personal reasons. We wish them well and hope
for an opportunity to work together in the future.

We are aware that there have been many concerns raised by our membership
over the last few months; please rest assured the board is working
diligently together in a manner that moves this organisation forward;
including treating each other with dignity and respect.

We want to take a moment to assure you we are committed to bringing
accountability and transparency back to the table. This is a process that
will take some time.

We ask for your support, patience and understanding during this time. If
