Gala Fundraising Volunteer

Do you have a strong interest in fundraising and event planning? Join us as
the Gala Fundraising Volunteer and support the BCCLA Engagement Department
in coordinating our 2020 Liberty Awards Gala!

Our 2020 Liberty Awards Gala honours exceptional contributions to human
rights and civil liberties in Canada. It is a fun and inspiring event, but
we need your help to make it a success! This position will support in
sponsorship recruitment and promotional strategies.

This position will run from *May 20, 2019 to August 30, 2019.*

Communications and Development Volunteers

We’re seeking two Communications and Development Volunteers to support our
work in all areas ranging from police accountability, government
transparency, prisoners' rights, national security issues, and more.

*Volunteers will support a variety of initiatives including events,
community outreach, communications, and fundraising support activities.*

Volunteers will be able to make valuable connections with key people in
Vancouver's non-profit, human rights, and legal community. In addition,
you'll be able to acquire real-life experience in events planning,
community outreach, and campaign communications.

*This position will run from May 20, 2019 to August 30, 2019*.
