Dear | Cher Shelly,

We apologize to our valued members for the interruption in our ability to
communicate with you directly over the past two months. Our IT
infrastructure including email systems, website and membership management
are being replaced this month to serve you securely and reliably into the
future. We thank you for your patience!

With 10 Board positions up for election, we are issuing a call for
Nominations from the Membership. Nominations will close on Nov 15th and
online voting will run Nov 16th - 26th. Your new Board of Directors will be
announced during our Virtual AGM scheduled for Nov 30, 6-8pm (EST)

Avec 10 postes au conseil d'administration, nous lançons un appel à
candidatures de la part des membres. Les candidatures se clôtureront le 15
novembre et le vote en ligne se déroulera du 16 au 26 novembre. Votre
nouveau conseil d’administration sera annoncé lors de notre AGM virtuelle
prévue le 30 novembre de 18h à 20h (EST).
