I've been away (our son was married in Las Vegas last week) so I didn't see
this announcement until now.

Indeed, we have waited for this for a very long time!  Thank you to our
friends and allies at the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network for their
tireless efforts, and for sharing the announcement with us.

"Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale and Correctional Services Canada
(CSC) Interim Commissioner Anne Kelly quietly announced a prison needle
exchange program (PNSP) to be implemented in two federal prisons."  You

ALSO, a friendly reminder that the Public Health Agency of Canada has
invited people living with HIV or HIV co-infection to participate in a
series of (virtual) roundtable discussions concerning the development of
