Thank you to everyone who has RSVP’d so far to the upcoming Community Round
Table!  We have a broad range of participants joining, representing
community based organizations, the home and community care system, the
community, and researchers, so it should make for a great exchange of
knowledge and perspectives.





Below are some details you may find useful for the day of.





*Refreshments*

   - We will have some *light refreshments* available at the beginning of
   the meeting
   - You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks to the round
   table


*Compensation & Reimbursement*

   - *If travel and/or childcare costs are a barrier* to you attending,
   please inform Heather at the roundtable or by replying to this email,
   and we will happily reimburse you
   - If you are* living with HIV and attending the 1.5-hour May 8th
   break-out session on your own time *(10:35am to 12pm on May 8th) we
   would like to offer you a *$40 stipend* *for your time and contributions*
   to developing the Thrive research project
      - Please *notify Heather if you would like to accept the stipend *so
      we will have enough stipends available

      and has accessible washrooms

   - *Clicking on the webinar link will prompt you to download the program
   GoToMeeting. *Please *make sure** you have the capability to download
   the program *on your computer or phone (workplace and school computers
   may restrict downloads).
   - You can also open the application on a* smart phone *or *call in as
