We are pleased to provide you with a copy of the 12th annual OCHART
(Ontario Community HIV and AIDS Reporting Tool) report: *The View from the
Front Lines*.

The data and information provided through OCHART supports the sector to:

   - understand the range of services provided
   - identify emerging issues and trends about services and client needs
   - improve existing services and inform new program planning, and
   - account for use of public resources.

The AIDS and Hepatitis C Programs unit would like to thank the programs
that provided the data used in this report. It takes time to collect data
and complete OCHART, and the funders appreciate the attention programs and
staff give to this reporting requirement.

Thank you for your continued support of OCHART and our combined efforts to
make the work we do more effective and ultimately to better serve those
living with, and at risk for, HIV/AIDS in Ontario.
