[Viva] BC 211 - Crisis and Referral Information

Good morning,
I was doing some research to compile a list of crisis resources and came
across this. Very comprehensive list and fairly easy to use.  Some crisis
councelling numbers, shelter services, immigration and more. Spoke with a
organization in the DTES that is also sending me an updated listing for the
lower mainland.

Anyways, thought it was worth sharing. 😄☕
