Hello everyone!

It is with profound sadness and a truly heavy heart that I write you today
to share that Robert Bardston passed away this morning at the Royal
Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton.  Robert was one of the CPPN’s founding
members and he very proudly served as the Prairie representative on the
CPPN’s Board of Directors.  He died peacefully at 11:05 this morning,
surrounded by love.  Robert was and will always be an incredible
inspiration for so many; his passion and his commitment to people living
with HIV and HIV co-infection was unyielding.  May he rest in peace.

C'est avec une profonde tristesse et un cœur vraiment lourd que je vous
écris aujourd'hui pour partager que Robert Bardston est décédé ce matin à
l'Hôpital Royal Alexandra d'Edmonton. Robert était l'un des membres
fondateurs du RCPS et il était très fier d'être le représentant des
Prairies au conseil d'administration du RCPS. Il est mort paisiblement à
11h05 ce matin, entouré d'amour. Robert était et sera toujours une source
d'inspiration incroyable pour tant de gens ; sa passion et son engagement
envers les personnes séropositives et avec les co-infections au VIH étaient
inflexibles. Qu'il repose en paix.
