[Viva] Positive Living BC election

Hi Char and everyone who would like to know.

Apparently we were meant to fill in a form which we didn't know about.
After the AGM, if we want to join the Board we can be voted in by the other
members.  Neil said he will take care of it but I thought I should check if
you are still interested in that and if anyone else is interested.
