Hello All,

As you know 2 weeks from Sunday will be the AIDS WALK Kick Off at Jim Deva
Plaza.  This is going to be a great event.  The following programs and
services will be highlighted with a brief explanation and the support we
could use.  As well, if you can make sure you are working on your
posterboards and figuring out what materials you would like to have at the
table, that would be great.

*         Polli & Esthers Closet - We will be selling the Joe Average
T-Shirts here.  If there are any current Polli's volunteers who could be at
the table that would be great.

*         Dental Clinic - This will be display only.  This would be a great
station for one of our Board Members who have been involved with the Dental
Clinic.

*         Health & Wellness Clinics - Two massage students will be doing
chair massages by donation.  It would be great to have a volunteer who has
used this service to be onsite.

*         Hair Salon - Grant and Tristan will each do 2.5 hours doing
haircuts by donation.  Think we are covered for this table.

*         Community Health Fund/AIDS WALK - This table will provide
information about the AIDS WALK and how people can get involved.  As well
as information about where the monies go aka CHF.  If there is a CHF
volunteer who might be willing to help us that would be great!

*         Healing Retreats/Social Networking - This will be an information
only table.  We will need 2 volunteers at this table and it would be great
if there was someone who has been on a retreat or has been involved with
retreats.

*         Prison Outreach/Peer Navigators - This will be an information
only table.  We have two Peer Navigators at this table so we are covered.

*         Women's Programming - This will be an information only table.  It
is very important that we have females at this table, especially those who
access our services regularly.

*         Lounge - We will be serving popcorn and cotton candy by
donation.  If one of our lounge hosts was available for this that would be
great.
