[Viva] Positive Gathering- Time to Apply!!

Hello
This will be my first ever gathering and because I drive a scooter and its
difficult for me to get around, I need more information about your event.
Firstly, is there any chance of a reduced cost of hotel room where the
event will be held so that I can attend more of the event?  Where will it
be?
Not sure of your workshops and was wondering if you would be interested in
a more creative one then an educational one.  I make cards and hair flowers
and thoughty maybe I could bring all necessary items for people to take
some creativity home with them.  Small funds help could be appreciated and
not knowing how much supplies to bring need to talk to someone more about
