PAN welcomes the announcement of new directives from Canada’s Attorney
General that will use scientific evidence to limit prosecution for HIV
non-disclosure. We hope these new directives will put pressure on
provincial prosecution services that have not adopted this evidence-based

research study, funded by a CIHR Operating Grant in the Indigenous Stream.
