[Viva] CBC News : Justice Department issues new guidelines on prosecution for non-disclosure of HIV status

The only thing that will change stigma is when people come together to
laugh at/join forces against people who stigmatize others. That takes their
power away. They rely on the support of others to spread their
disinformation and back them up in their ignorance. Movb hysteria and panic
spreads discrimination. It's really important that our allies stand up for
us.
