[Viva] CBC News : Justice Department issues new guidelines on prosecution for non-disclosure of HIV status

I have been to this article and the comments below it are the usual bs and
stigma of people who are ignorant.  I have added my comments and of course
many are putting thumbs down to them. If you are willing and able, please
sign in to CBC and start putting thumbs up or even commenting. We have to
stop the willful ignorance of idiots.
