[Viva] Allie Carter is now officially Dr. Carter!!

I think that Allie singly handedly renewed my faith in poz women having
true allies in our community.
>From her first research paper on 'The glass ceiling' to her current project
'Life and Love with HIV', she has been listening and validating our
experience.
There is no doubt in my mind that she deeply cares.
