I Tyler Cuddahy, hereby like to announce that I will not be continue with
being involved with Positive Living Society of BC, and that this
organization is one you really need to have to make sure that you will be
ok, with having a Stagnate, where their is such a big struggle to get new
people, on the board. It was mentioned about the workload that we have as
board members, is the reason why we it so hard to get new members.

I find it some what wrong, because, of the fact that everyone is needing to
say things that are very much the same and things get dragged on for hours,
meeting that this society would last 3 to 3.5 hours, which is very load,
and not getting things done, because things are dragged on and then it a
never ending conversation.

I made sure that when I was at the current Board Mini Vision day, I was
care full to use "I" statements and I was owning my words so that it
wouldn't come across as if I was saying you, but it still all of a sudden,
people had become nervous that we all of a sudden that we needed to do a
group guidelines, which at this point, I said well I am leaving cuz this
was something that was I not planning on doing we couldn’t discuss things
like adults.

I was asked by our chair if I really wanted to leave and I said clear and
day yes I am done with this shit, this wasn’t something we needed to do,
because I use my “I” statements, and maybe the uncomfortable feeling you
may have had felt, must be something that maybe you know that could have
been true for you at one point or not, but maybe best to never single out a
person.

I from this April 2, 2018, would like the society of Positive Living
Society of BC, to delete and end my membership with your organization,
because I am clearly not a fit, and I will not continue to be involved with
you guys, because I clearly haven’t been the best fit, and this is so sad
because Positive Living Society of BC, truly was my second home after I had
aged out from Youth CO AIDS Society, where I was afraid where would I go or
what am I going to do.

So I am sending this out to the general public and also the organization
that I hope that because of much over lap and how we are just not really
staying focused our meeting, that, I am sorry if other directors felt that
I am not contributing or making myself more involved with the society. I
would like to know what exactly what it is the is consider the workload,
because honestly from the committee that I was previously involved in to
the one that I had been a chair of a committee, I thought the workload is
not that much, it very manageable and easy to complete.

If someone found this rant rude or disrespectful, you can keep your
comments to yourself don’t private message me or call me please because I
will just hang up the phone, thank you for reading this and I am done.
