ICW North America is recruiting Board Members (6 positions) from Canada and
the USA.

Interested candidates should have skills, expertise and experience in at
least two of the following

·      Governance

·      Legal and Human rights

·      Advocacy and policy analysis

·      Human Resource Management

·      Fundraising and resource mobilization

·      Good Interpersonal and communication skills

*Back ground*



ICW-NA is a regional network by and for women living with HIV.  We envision
a world where all women living with HIV live free of gender oppression,
realizing and claiming our full rights inclusive of sexual, reproductive,
legal, social, economic and health rights.



ICW-NA exists to lead efforts to secure and improve the quality of life for
women living with HIV in Canada and the United States. We do this by
mobilizing, organizing, advocating, mentoring and raising consciousness of
the issues and policies that directly impact our lives.

*Term of office*



The term of office is 3 years, renewable once. The position of a board
member is voluntary. However, members are facilitated to participate in
board meetings and whenever they are called upon to represent ICW-NA
